Walking releases endorphins that help your brain to reset to positive thinking processes instead of being locked into fearful, anxious, or angry thought patterns. Being able to move helps your body to regulate hormones while you get some fresh air and calm down.
3. Write your problems down
Journaling is a very healthy practice for many people who are struggling with stress in their daily lives. Writing things down will help you to process them. Also, seeing your thoughts on paper will help you get some more perspective about tough situations that you might find yourself in. Your journal should actually become a tool to release negative experiences.
4. Take a break from social media
Many people go to social media to see videos, and watch things that can distract them but this becomes a problem when you can not control the way you visit the social media. 5. Take a warm bath
After a stressful day, soaking yourself in warm water will help you to relaxes and rest all the parts of your body. Warm water soothes aches and pains as well as making you feel more relaxed.

I find d these suggestions to be true. I have personally tried them and find it to be very helpful in one’s to to day living. Sometimes we don’t have time or create time for ourselves. But everyone should make out time for oneself.
