1. Practice simple deep breathing;

Having lack of breath at times seems to be normal, for example when you run you can get out of breath but this is normal. But there are some signs that when you see you definitely need to see a doctor

- Pain when breathing
- Shortness of breath during simple activities
- Pain in the airway
