STADE RENARD OF MELONG OPENS SEASON WITH A TROPHY AFTER DISAPPOINTING IN THE CONTINENTAL SCENE

Stade Renard of Melong have gone down the anals  of history as the first club in Cameroon to win the super cup as they trashed Union de Movement Sportif  de Loum (ums) of Loum by 3 goals to 1 to bag home the trophy for this maiden edition at the 20.000 capacity Bafoussam Omnisport stadium this Sunday.

The boys of coach Oumarou soKba who was in the dog out for his first game in charge of the club after his appointment barely 2 weeks ago shot themselves in the foot and handed the boys from Melong the victory with Bertin Ngamaleu and Joel Etogue both scoring own goals and Jordan Kouyap geting the 3rd goal for Stade Renard while Cedrick Ngah got the consolation goal for ums of Loum.

this competition comes to mark a kick off to the 2019/2020 football season in Cameroon which is scheduled to kick off on October the 18 2019.
