Having stinky toes/feet is a very common thing for humans. This mostly occurs when your feet are closed and then you sweat on your feet. Closed-toe shoes plus hot weather or sweating equals foot odor.

Foot odor equally occurs when the bacteria that live on your skin and in your shoes eat your sweat. Bacteria love heat, moisture, and darkness — and the inside of your shoe is the best place for that to happen

Simple foot care home remedies.

1. Soak your feet in Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is the best vinegar to use for your foot treatment though you can also use any vinegar you have.

That is, add 1/3 a cup of apple cider vinegar or any vinegar you have. Pour it into a bowl/bucket/ foot basin of warm water. Soak your feet in it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Repeat this remedy three to four times a day.

2. Soak your feet in an Epsom Salt water Bath

Wash your feet with the right ingredients when you are fighting feet odor. Epsom salt pulls moisture out of your skin, which in turn makes it a less-inviting place for bacteria to survive. Therefore controlling the bacteria contributing to stinky feet.

All you need to do is, add two cups of this salt to a basin of water and mix.

You then soak your feet in it for 15 minutes. Do this two times a day.

3. Use powder

If your feet sweat a lot, then you will have stinky feet. To combat sweaty feet, you can make use of powder.

That is, sprinkle the powder in your shoes so that your feet remain dry. Also sprinkle, starch (corn starch) on your feet before putting on your socks.

4. Change your socks regularly/ or put on cotton socks

When you put on your cover shoes, and you will be out the whole day, take extra socks with you. Change your socks within the day. It will help you avoid stinky feet.

5. Dry your shoes

In case the smell from your shoe is unbearable, when you get home and remove your shoe, pour the powder into the show and leave it outside in fresh air. It will absorb the smell.

-Another solution is to pour baking soda into the show.

Note that, just the normal shower bath will not help you stop your feet from smelling. Take your time and treat your feet and you will feel much better and more confident.
