1. Pee/urinate

Once you are done having sex, simply excuse yourself and go to the bathroom and ease yourself, even if the feeling is not there, try to force it and urinate even as little as you can.  This is simply because, the urethra is very close to the vagina, and so it very easy for the woman to have an infection during sex. Urinating will help push out any infections found in the urinary tract.

2. Drink Water/stay hydrated
