Chest pain can be a sharp or dull pain that occurs in any area of your chest. At times, this chest pain spreads to other areas of the body like the arms, into your neck, or jaw. How to handle chest pain at home

Secondly, in case your chest pain is a result of excess gas and bloating in your stomach, it is advisable to take hot tea. One type of hot tea that is highly recommended is the hibiscus tea and this is because it helps to relieve bloating. Another thing you can take for chest pain is garlic. That is, in case you feel uncomfortable in your chest area, it is recommended you chew some garlic cloves. Another thing is, to endeavor to stay hydrated when you feel chest pain. In case you do not have access to warm water, take water at a normal temperature. Try as much as possible to avoid cold or iced water when you have chest pain.

Below are a few steps you can use to avoid chest pain;

  4. Make sure you eat healthily
  5. Exercise as often as possible.
