Many people think breathing exercise is all about breathing in and breathing out but instead, there are a lot of other breathing exercises you can do which will help you relax.
Below is a list you can exploit and relieve yourself from that stress.
Morning breathing
This is important to relieve muscle stiffness and clear clogged breathing passages when you get up in the morning.
How to Carry Out Personal Breathing Exercises
a. Stand with your knees slightly bent; bend forward from the waist, letting your arms dangle close to the floor then inhale slowly and deeply.
b. After that, return to a standing position by rolling up slowing, lifting your head last.
c. In this standing position, hold your breath for just a few seconds then, exhale slowly as bend forward again from the waist.
Notice how you feel at the end of the exercise.
Belly breathing
Belly breathing is one of the easiest and is equally very relaxing.
How is it done?
a. Lie flat in a comfortable position, one hand on your belly just below your ribs and the other on your chest.
b. Do this breathing 3 to 10 times. Take in a deep breath, and let your belly push your hand out. Your chest should not move.
c. Breathe out through your lips as if you were whistling. Feel the hand on your belly go in, and use it to push all the air out.

Pursed lip breathing
This very easy breathing technique can be practiced at any time because it is a breathing exercise that will help you slow down your breathing rate, making you apply deliberate effort in each breath you take. You can actually practice this breathing technic 3 to 4 times a day.
How is it done?
a. Firstly, relax your shoulders and neck.
b. While you keep your mouth closed, inhale slowly through your nose for some seconds.
c. Place your lips as if you want to whistle. Then slowly exhale by blowing air through your pursed lips for 4 seconds.
Before you start your day fully, make sure you try the breathing technic that works with you. It will enable you breath thoroughly with no stress while you are going about your activities.
