It is good to note that a lot of children love a lot of sweet and sugary things which to an extent is not too good for their health. So we are not saying you cut them off from sugar completely. All you have to do is watch how much they consume.

Though it takes a long time to prepare, beans is actually a very good meal for children. This is because, beans is loaded with protein and fiber. Avocado is another thing that has a lot of nutrients to offer to children. Milk is one thing you should not joke with when it comes to children because milk is very important for their growth. This is because, milk is full of calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and also potassium which helps to give them strong bones.
