Kakadu plum is also known as, binge or billygoat plum Billy goat plum, Green plum, Wild plump or Murunga is a fruit that comes from the Kakadu plum tree. To begin, this small fruit is smooth, fleshy, and egg-shaped, and added to this it has a single seed inside. In some traditions, this fruit is used to treat things like flu, headaches, and colds. Aside from using it as medication, this fruit can be used to make jam, sauces, and juices or simply eaten raw, it all depends on how you prefer to consume it.

In addition, Kakadu seeds contain Oxalates, and if eaten in excess, they can cause kidney stones, which can also lead to kidney failure.
