From 108 to 86 coronavirus death cases. Different figures in less than 48 hours from the same ministry.

Coronavirus death statistics from the ministry of public health contradicts.

The figures of the minister for public health and those obtained by the National Center of Public Health Emergencies on the evolution of the pandemic in Cameroon contradicts each other.

Are the COVID-19 figures from the ministry of public health reliable?.

The question shows a glaring annoyance that was noted between the figures released by the minister of public health, Malachie Manaouda on Thursday May 7, 2020 and those from the the National Center of Public Health Emergencies  (COUSP).

Updating the Cameroonian population on the daily records of the COVID-19 pandemic, the public health boss indicates among other things that Cameroon now records to date 86 death cases.

This vividly contradicts those of the the National Center of Public Health Emergencies  (COUSP).

On May 4, 2020, COUSP in a report which Cameroon-info.net has the opportunity to exploit revealed 108 deaths.

This contradictory report comes to reveal the answer to the questions the pandemic in Cameroon has raised.

Since the declaration of the pandemic on March 5, 2020, how many death cases has Cameroon actually recorded?.

Could it be the minister found the figures were truncated by a department under his authority?

Is the minister working in collaboration with the National Center of Public Health Emergencies  (COUSP) and other departments in his ministry?

Cameroon since the announcement of the pandemic on her soil has been realizing an increase in the number of new cases.

Nevertheless, the ministry of health has also been putting up the necessary efforts to see that the condition gets better.

In that regards, the minister announced on his tweeter page that the country now registers 958 active cases including 115 hospitalized with 46 on Oxygen therapy and 1221 being healed.
