What is COVID-2019

COVID-19 is the new name for the new 2019 coronavirus. Coronaviruses are a huge family of infections that cause infections that range from normal viruses to more serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome and Acute respiratory.

Coronaviruses are transmitted between animals and humans.

The new strain is called COVID-19 with intensive respiratory disease and has not been identified in humans recently. COVID-19 was first identified in Wuhan, China.

Since its discovery, COVID-19 has spread to several countries around the world. It is known as a “new” virus because this pandemic was never discovered.

What are the symptoms of Coronavirus?

As noted by the WHO, signs of contamination include • Fever • Cough and shortness of breath

• In the worst case, pneumonia, organ dysfunction, and even death can occur. The current estimates of the incubation period, the time between infection and the onset of symptoms, ranging from 1 to 14 days.

Prevention for COVID 19 WHO and CDC suggests taking the usual precautions to prevent the spread of respiratory infections:

Prevention :

• Avoid close contact with the sick.

• Stay home when you are sick and avoid contact with people with health problems.

• Do not touch your, nose, mouth and eyes with dirty hands. Cover your tip or smell with a disposable handkerchief and throw it away at this point.

• Shower your hands frequently with soap and water for not less than 20 seconds, especially after entering the bathroom, before eating, after cleaning your nose, coughing or sneezing.

• If detergent and water are not freely obtainable, use hand sanitizer which is alcohol-based that holds at least sixty percent alcohol. Each time rinse your hands with soap and water if your hands are visibly dirty.

• Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are normally affected with a spray bottle or a normal cloth to clean the house. The WHO also prescribes:

• If you have a fever, cough, and shortness of breath, contact your doctor and inform them about the last journeys. • Avoid eating raw meat or animal parts.

• When visiting live markets in areas where new cases of new coronavirus have recently occurred, avoid contact with live animals and surfaces with which they may have come into contact.
