The  Confederation Of African Football has selected 4 stadiums to host the 2020 African Nations Championship.

The historic Mfandena stadium called the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium in Yaoundé as well as the 50 000 capacity Japoma Stadium in Douala alongside the Bepanda Omnisport stadium has been selected to be accompanied by the one in Limbe-Buea.

Meanwhile, speculations on the date have been made clear as the competition will take place from the 4th-25th of  April 2020 in Cameroon.

The ceremony to conduct the draws has also been scheduled for 2020 and the month of January has been chosen for that.

The 16 teams to be divided into 4 groups have already been known as Cameroon the host will be joined by Morocco, Tunisia, Mali, Guinea, Togo, Niger, Burkina Faso, DRC, Congo, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Namibia, and  Zimbabwe.

This competition is reserved exclusively for players who ply their trade within their country.
