Honorable Awudu Mbaya Cyprain MP for Donga and Mantung Division has rejected a chance for another term in office saying that Today it would be practically impossible to rally and move from all the corners of donga and mantung Division in the North West Region to converge in a designated premise.
Before dropping the bombshell, he told reporters that <<… After deep and thoughtful reflection on the above with my god my conscience and my family and given the current circumstances in the north west region I honorable Dr Awudu Mbaya Cyprain member of parliament for Donga And Mantung Central Constituency and questor at the national assembly of Cameroon do hereby deciare that I shall not I shall not seek reelection into parliament in the legislative elections slated or 9th of February 2020 given that I have decided to put your safety the safety of all my constituents first before or above my personal political ambition of staying in parliament>>. He said

He added that he can’t go back to parliament under the current circumstance s and in disrespect of all his constituents who have lost their lives on both sides while apologizing to his party following the renewed confidence on him.
This move has just opened up the way for other aspiring party members to pick up a ticket to represent the SDF party in the upcoming legislative election.
