Class six teacher rapes 18 minors between the ages 10 to 14 years
Buma Kevin a class six teacher of primary school Bonabome in Ndobo, a locality in Douala Four Subdivision, Littoral Region of Cameroon has been arrested by authorities for allegedly raping eighteen young girls.
The teacher who teaches in a primary school was picked up by a task force of the Gendarmerie Research Unit, Bonaberi whose Commander Kounj Jean Marie confirmed that he is being detained and presently behind
bars for allegedly raping minors of his primary school whose ages range from 10 to 14 years. According to the Gendarmerie commander, Buma Kevin has raped a total of 18 young girls in the school.
The Commander also said that during interrogation Kevin admitted to have carried out the acts but the latter said he did so under the influence of supernatural powers and began committing this act since November of
last year. The act of raping young girls in his school started since November 2019. “I was under the influence of the evil spirit,” said Buma Kevin.
Parents of the victims have been urged by the gendarmes to seek immediate medical attention for their children while investigations have been opened into the matter.
Buma Kevin who is said to hail from the North West Region of Cameroon and is a father of three children.
