The Head of State of Cameroon president Paul Biya has appointed new Secretary Generals in some ministries. In this appointment Pierre Essomba was re-appointed in a position he already holds.
The President of the Republic, Paul Biya , appointed the secretaries general in certain ministries, through a decree the content of which was given this Tuesday, June 30, 2020 on the antennas of the national station of Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV).
At the Ministry of Public Health, Dr. Louis Richard Njock , who officiated as Director of the Laquintinie hospital in Douala , was taken to the skies, replacing Sinatha Koulla-Shiro .
A new secretary general in the person of Joseph Yerima arrives at the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education, and replaces Robert Théophile Zachée Benga, transferred to the Ministry of Youth and Physical Education.
Pr Fabien Nkot who was Technical Advisor in the Prime Minister’s Services becomes number 2 of the Ministry of Secondary Education.
In the Ministry of Transport, Sombo Amba Mveimani was preferred to Jean Pierre Soh , while in the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Pierre Essomba , already in office, was re-appointed to the same position by this decree of the president.
