Should the coffee be consumed with milk or without milk??
Thanks for this health tips. Please I do have a question tho isn’t it unhealthy for a gastritis patient to consume coffee. I mean the health benefits are overwhelming but what of gastric patient. Or is there a way someone suffering from gastric can consume coffee without it affecting his or her health.
Again I noticed the eggs were fried with no other ingredients like we do over here in Cameroon, I wish to know if frying the eggs without additional ingredients like tomatoes,onions,carrots is the best way. Thanks hope to read more of your articles

You can drink decaffeinated coffee or green tea. I don’t drink Caffeine because I have gastritis.
