AFRICAN CUP OF NATION [AFCON 2021]: Comoros requests postponement of the match between them and Cameroon
Comoros lawyers led by Barister Said Larif notified Dr. Patrice Motsepe of their desire for the game between Comoros and Cameroon to be postponed. 12 Comoros players tested positive for Covid-19
Some Comorian lawyers have launched a public demand, saying their match against Cameroon that is to take place tonight should be postponed. This is due to the fact that the Comorian National Team has been infected by the Corona Virus.
Ahead of their game taking place tonight against Cameroon, the team has registered a number of 12 positive cases, including their head coach Amir Abdou and two of their goalkeepers.
The Comorian lawyers equally state that being their first time participating in this competition, if the match goes on it will be unethical, and according to them, the test results have all been tricked.
According to them, their third goalkeeper has an injury and will not also be able to play, and so if the match tonight goes ahead, they will have to field in an outfield player.
